It's when my dreams are so real that they sometimes hurt. I experience the feelings when I wake up. A few nites ago I had 1 of those dreams.  I went to bed as usual. Very tired from working so much. No thoughts in my mind that I was so exhausted that I was in the perfect state to have 1 of those dreams.  asleep one night only to awake horribly around 3 a.m. in the morning choking.  I couldn't stop. It felt like something was in my throat. I gasped for breath and it took a moment and I sat straight up. I crawled out of bed, stilll choking and gagging. I walked around to my nightstand and grabbed a glass of soda I had been drinking earlier and started to sip it while I banged on my chest. It took me a few seconds to get my bearings and to realize that I I could smell potatoes. My mind went back to my dream and I remembered that in the dream I had been eating potato wedges that were very dry and seems like they have been baked for a very long time. I could smell them I could taste them. It took me 30 minutes to get over this event. I choked and chocked and continued to drink trying to stop. I felt as if I would vomit. Then in my mind came the name Cara Lynn Pants. Don't ask me who it is. I have no idea, but then the entire dream raced back into my mind. It was in the dream that I was apparently this CaraLynn Pants.  I was in a bar which was also in eating establishment. It was on the corner of a block on a very busy large city street. The bar was curvered to fit the shape of the building around the corner of the block and the front of the bar was all windows and a glass door at each end.  There were a lot of people standing around the ages of 24 to maybe 32. As I was looking down the side of the bar at everyone they were sipping on their drinks, eating and laughing. I knew I was looking for my boyfriend. Suddenly I glanced over to the left and I saw him.  He was standing there talking to a few guys who I  knew were his friends.  One of the fellas reached up and put his hand on my boyfriend shoulder, as they looked over to the bar.  I realize they were looking at a woman and the woman was his ex lover. I had the feeling I was walking in her shadows when I was with him. I could hear them talking perfectly though actually the bar was too noisy I shouldn't have been able and I was too far away from them in reality to know that I can hear exactly what they were saying but my boyfriend said, "There she is. She's here.  Oh my god have to leave!" At that moment he turned and say me. We stood stared at each other for what seemed an eternity, but in reality was only 5 or 6 seconds. I turned and bolted completely the other way out the door that was behind me, then turned left and I started walking very quickly down the sidewalk.  I knew exactly what I look like.  I had dark brunette colored hair I was very tiny waisted and I was 24 years old. I had on a skirt that wasn't too short, nor to long and it was dark. I had a jacket on over it that was tight around the waist and none of the buttons were button. It had a collar that came around my neck and it was very fashionable.  I knew it felt really good to be wearing that jacket and I stuck my hands in the pockets.  I had on a pair of heels that weren't too high, but they were very comfortable and expensive. I walk down the street faster and faster. I was so upset. I put my head down towards the pavement as I walked. Not even knowing what to think.  I could hear my boyfriend yelling for me to stop. Ibegin to pick up my pace. I walked around a corner into an alley and suddenly I had this bag full of these potato skins and I was eating them. He came around the corner and I started to choke. Then I woke up the the choking on the potatoes. Since I have had thesectype of dreams before, I went for my tablet and tried to looked her up. I couldn't find anybody named CaraLynn Pants. Oh, who knows. I just know the dreams are a way for spirits to tell you things and a way of release. Who knows.

Distance healings

When I do a distant healing treatment, I visualize myself as the other person from a photo and use your name and geographical location to establish a firm link to you. I then enter into a meditative state and then use my reiki and acupressure techniques to do the energy treatment. I only treat one person at a time, giving my full focus to the person. I treat the whole body activating all main meridians starting with the toes and allow the session to progress through the natural activation pattern of the body. To do a distant healing I need your full name, geographical location, a photo and need to know the day and time you would like to receive the energy treatment. If you don't specify a time, then i give it at best time for you. energy therapy is non-invasive and I don't work to diagnose any particular ailment nor do I focus energy into any particular part of the body to eliminate the pain you might feel there and want to just ‘go away’. While I understand this desire, I feel it’s more effective and efficient to trust that your own healer can best determine how to use this extra energy. For example: the pain you feel in your shoulder might be a referred pain due to a blocked artery in the heart. (I think you would agree with me that it would be more important to clear a blocked artery then to reduce the shoulder pain.) Thus, I don’t try to second-guess the intelligence we all have inside us, rather I trust that your healer knows how to best use your own energy.

What is a hands on treatment

In a typical whole-body Reiki treatment. The Reiki practitioner instructs the recipient to lie down and relax. Loose, comfortable clothing is usually worn during the treatment. The practitioner might take a few moments to enter a calm or meditative state of mind and mentally prepare for the treatment, that is usually carried out without any unnecessary talking. The treatment proceeds with the practitioner placing the hands on the recipient in various positions. However, practitioners may use a non-touching technique, where the hands are held a few centimetres away from the recipient's body for some or all of the positions. The hands are usually kept in a position for three to five minutes before moving to the next position. Overall, the hand positions usually give a general coverage of the head, the front and back of the torso, the knees, and feet with the whole treatment lasting anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes.

~In this novel the brothers visit a number of cities, towns, businesses, landmarks and area that will interest many readers and be familiar to those from or know of Minnesota. South Dakota, South Carolina, and North Carolina. I write of concerns in the world such as war, peace, issues from around the world on politics, religion, and controvercail events.


There are several ghost stories that have gone through waves of people for years in Minnesota. Personal events that took place in my childhood, my life, or the childhood and lives of my friends and family. There are also unexplainable events of the paranormal including Angelic visits, visits with loved ones who have passed, evil spirits still trying to accomplish things they began in life and a look at life after death.


I have involved a actual tornado and since I have been in the midst of one. I believe it to be pretty accurate of what can happen. I discuss so many things that this is a huge book. Maybe it should have been 2 books, however I hade to stop somewhere, because I could gone longer with it. I have not forgot sexuality, I discuss sex and the choice of sexual lifestyle and the judgement of it as well. Understand relationships of family when we are young verses as adults. Visit the grave of my little brother who lay amoungest so many who died for or fought for their country at the Fort Snelling National Cemetary in Minneapolis Minnesota.


Visit North Carolina and South Carolina as well as South Dakota and read about famous spots I have been to them all including Comeyers and Belgrade.


Traveling up and down these roads you will find a piece of me, my family and my firends, as well as strangers who touched my life somehow! Enjoy the book! I enjoyed writing it. How I get the ideas for my novels

Its really not a question of how do I get the ideas, but rather how the ideas manifest. For instance, usually It starts with some random event that I refer to as a vision. whether I am asleep or awake. To explain more, I am a medium. I can be riding down the road in a car with someone, cooking in the kitchen or sound asleep. sequence of events appear to me that involve people that I have never seen before and places that I have never been. Such as in the case of murders. Its as if someone from the other side is trying to connect with me and the only way they can get me to take a look is to show me there last memories. To try and make sense of them or understand them is very emotional for me and it takes time to come to terms with what I have seen. It perplexes me that a lot of them do not show me where they are, no town names, no cities, and no states. Sometimes I see road signs or makes of cars and markers such as bridges, trains, gas stations and things like that, but never enough concrete information to know exactly where they are located or it it is a precognition of a event to come, or a event that has happened. I have not mastered the way to look deeper yet, but one day I will. If the visions that happen to me while I am riding in a car I usually will go with the area that I am in, assuming that the body is located there or the victim has some tie with the area or than there death. They are added to my novels by fitting in that particular area into the life of the main characters. I like to remind people that I am a very spiritual person and God plays a huge role in my everyday events, so the answer to am I filled with the devil, is no! A lot of spirits that come to me are just attracted by the light of my soul that shines bright and they are checking me out so to speak. I also add ghost stories that I am familiar with and the area that they come from, as I remember them and situations that I have been involved with in my lifetime. I usually know how a story is going to end long before it is done and sometimes before I even start writing it. To date I am working on 4 novels and have ideas for many more. There is one character that you will for sure find a hint of in every novel I ever write and that is Shane May T. Bellafonte. She was my first character and is based a lot on my life. I wrote my first novel "541 Hucklebee Hound" completely about her and some of the things I have gone through as well as visions added in and parts from people very close to me in real life. There seems to be a fine line between a author and a character in most situations. You will find this alot. I love to intertwine the real life events, common landmarks, well known areas, people I know and love, visions, true stories, ghost stories and fictional events into a spin of a story that holds the readers attention and leaves them wanting you to write more. I find it very interesting and it pushes me to keep going.  So enjoy anything I write, because I certainly put alot of heart and soul into writing it. As a base there is always a underlying message in my novels hidden between the pages and figured out when you have reached the end. I love when a reader figures that out and tell me! I hope each novel brings the readers some kind of understanding.

Don't sweat the small stuff

Everyday people get out of bed, go about their busy days, and throughout the day they find themselves worrying.  About what? Why? You cannot live your life worrying about what everyone thinks about you, what you are going to do because so and so doesn't like you, or how you are going to do or get anything. Worrying is not going to get you anywhere. Don't sweat the small stuff. Live your life for yourself and your family. It doesn't really matter how anyone else feels about you, or what you do, except for how you feel about about yourself, or what you do.  Set plans and goals for yourself. Spread smiles and love to everyone around you. If you are having trouble with someone from work, or a person who claims to be your friend, get them out of your life. Its your life and you set the rules. Take yourself out of situations that make you miserable. Life is what you make it. If nothing is working in your current situation, get out of it, change it up. Don't sweat the small stuff. Take a left at the fork in the road instead of a right. If your failing, you can't loose if you change routes. Make a list of positives in your life. Then make a list of negatives. 1 by 1 remove the negatives. Make a life poster or list of things you want to do or want to have. Put it where you can see it daily. Make positive decisions that push you to have what you want. Make your life what you want.  Just remember, don't sweat the small stuff, the dog, the fighting kids, and the cable bill. The drippy faucet, or the nasty people.  All small stuff, let it go, don't loose your temper, and get crabby.  Its not worth it. Ask your guides out loud to point you in the directions and open windows of you want.  Talking to your guides is very helpful. If you don't ask your guardian angel to help, how will they know where you want to be.  They wait for you to ask them, its there journey with you. Pray and find the way to be who you are supposed to be. Tell yourself everyday that you are strong, beautiful and ready for the change. Between positive thinking and getting the negativity out of your life you can achieve anything! ~
